Brake Servo Vacuum Hose (ALH)

Brake servo vacuum hose used on the ALH TDI engine in the MK4 Golf, Jetta and New Bettle models. This hose goes between the vacuum pump and the brake booster. Comes with hard plastic hose, check valve with tee, and rubber connecting hose to connect to vacuum pump. A cracked hose is a common source of low vacuum which can lead to poor brake booster operation and not enough vacuum to properly run the control systems for the VNT actuator. This can be the key cause of poor performance. Check this along with vacuum hoses, the N75 valve and VNT actuator when troubleshooting performance problems. This is a genuine Volkswagen part, although depending on supplier, may come from an original equipment manufacturer without the VW branding.
