Orders under $400 before taxes will be charged a flat rate of $16 for shipping. Orders over $400 before taxes will be shipped for free. Heavy and/or oversized items may be subject to additional charges.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and packing.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Average delivery times are 1-6 business days for orders shipped near major centers and 4-9 business days for orders shipped to rural and northern locations.
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Loomis, and/or MBW Courier depending on weight and location. If a specific courier or speed is required, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Changes to orders, including cancellation, can be made only if the order has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the account the order was placed by. A tracking number will be provided if available.
Roseland Technical Services Ltd. accepts returns of new, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. All returns must include a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please contact us prior to shipping back any items to receive a RMA number.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items being returned must be in the original packaging and include any accessories and/or documentation that came with the item. All items being shipped back must be wrapped in packing paper or shipped inside of another box; they cannot be shipped by placing a label directly on the original manufacturer’s box.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and shipping insurance. If a returned item arrives damaged, it cannot be accepted for a return. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if the order included free shipping.
Returns are not accepted on the following items:
Special order items
VIN specific items (keys, locks, etc.)
Tools, Manuals, and Diagnostic Tools including VCDS
Core returns must be returned within 30 days of the order shipping date. A refund for the value of the core will be issued once the core has been received. All cores must be returned in the original box. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges on core returns.

In Store Pick Up
Customers have the option to pick up their order in person at the Roseland Technical Services Ltd. warehouse. During checkout, the In Store Pick Up option will be selectable. After the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email for the order. An additional email will later be sent stating the order is available for pick up at the warehouse. The customer can then pick up their order at the warehouse during regular business hours. Warehouse hours and location can be found on the Contact Us page.
Most products available at Roseland Technical Services carry a 1 year/20,000KM warranty (whichever comes first). Some products may have additional warranty information included in the description on the product page. Additional warranty information for a product can be obtained by contacting us through our Contact Us page or sending an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to supplier stock, on some rare occasions a part may be substituted for the same part in a different brand. The substituted part will be of equal quality to the advertised brand.
Changes and Errors
Roseland Technical Services Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders if the price displayed on the site is inaccurate or the item is no longer available. The customer will be notified that the order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued.

The part fitment data is to be used as a helper to find parts and may not be entirely accurate. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the parts they are ordering are the correct parts for their application.
