Aluminum Economy Grade 4cyl Crank Counterhold

Heavy duty aluminum bar to counter hold the crankshaft for removal and installation of the crank sprocket center bolt. This tool fits most 4 cylinder water cooled VW and Audi models that have a toothed timing belt and a 4 bolt harmonic balancer.

This tool is double ended with different hole arrangements to provide multiple positions for placing the bar against a rigid stop such as the floor or subframe. 3 high strength bolts with washers are included. The tool is impact rated so an impact gun can be used to remove the crank bolt.

This tool replaces factory tool #3415.

Not for 2.0 FSI engines or engines with timing chains.

This tool does not come with the lifetime warranty that the NuYank-4cyl does. It is offered as a more economical alternative to that tool.
