Lock pin used for locking serpentine belt tensioner open.
This pin is used on PD style TDI engines with engine codes BEW, BHW, and BRM to lock the serpentine belt tensioner in place when retracted. Also used on many gas engines from 2004 and up and Common Rail TDI engines. Made from hardened stainless steel, precision ground.
